The Master Bedroom has another large bay window with a feeling of privacy along a green ivy covered wall. There is also a 32” flat screen TV. There is ample light as well as closet space in this airy room.

The second bedroom has two twin sized beds with an ensuite ¾ bath. There are two closets and built in bookshelves, as well as a door to exit the unit and provide access to the next

door studio apartment, which can be added to this unit as a third bedroom.

The hall bath still has the original tile floors and backsplash, as well as a pedestal sink and a tub/shower combo. This bathroom also has a separate heater.

There is wifil throughout and the unit comes with one garage parking spot off of Montana Avenue for up to a mid size car.
